摘  要:为将秸秆生物质炭还田,制备一种以木质素为粘结剂的柱状生物质炭基尿素。利用扫描电镜、万能试验机和沙柱淋溶试验装置对生物质炭基尿素结构、力学及缓释性能进行测试。结果表明,成型能提高炭基尿素缓释效果,生物质炭基尿素力学及缓释性能随木质素含量及成型压力增加而增强,随成型温度增加呈先增强后减弱趋势,在加热温度为70℃时性能最优;生物质炭基尿素周围土壤脲酶活性随木质素含量增加而降低,对土壤脲酶活性有抑制作用。To make the straw biochar returning to field, one kind of columnar biochar based urea bound by lignin were produced. SEM, universal testing machine and sand pillar leaching device were used to measure the structure, mechanical properties and the slow-release property. The results showed that the shaped biochar based urea could significantly delay nutrient release of fertilizer. With the increase of lignin content and molding pressure, the mechanical strength and the slow-release property had improved; With the heating temperature's increase, the biochar based urea's mechanical property and slow-release property firstly increased and then decreased, and biochar based urea's properties were the best at 70℃. With the increase of lignin content, soil urease activity decreased, therefore the biochar based urea had inhibitory effect on soil urease.
