摘　　要：文化部、财政部于"十二五"期间实施了"公共电子阅览室建设计划",在全国建设了大批公共电子阅览室,并要求各地全面管理公共电子阅览室,了解其运行状况及用户需求,以便有针对性地为大众提供服务。笔者对吉林省公共电子阅览室建设工作的现状进行了分析研究,又对公共电子阅览室管理信息系统的所有部署模式进行了对比分析,提出了吉林省公共电子阅览室管理信息系统部署的具体实施方略。The Ministry of Culture and Ministry of Finance decided to implement ＂Public Electronic Reading Room Construction Plan＂ in the ＂Twelfth Five-year＂ Period, and have built a large number of public electronic reading rooms, and requires the local related sections to manage them and to know their operation status and users＇ needs, so that targeted to provide the public service. The author analyzes the research status of Jilin Province public electronic reading room construction work, and makes a comparative analysis of all the deployment model of management information system of the public electronic reading room, puts forward the specific implementation strategy of the deployment of public electronic reading rooms of Jilin Province.
