摘 要:为了研究出一种新型砖砌体材料,不仅能够满足《砌体结构设计规范》(GB50003-2011)要求,而且能够无害化、资源化的处理蔗糖酒精废醪液。蔗糖酒精废醪液页岩砖是以页岩粉为主要材料、酒精废醪液等为辅料的新型烧结类墙体材料,实验选出4组理论较为合理的实验配合比,以少量的煤粉及有机易燃物作为燃料制成砖(240 mm×115 mm×53 mm)。A、B、C三组的抗压强度平均值满足承重砖抗压强度10 MPa的要求,D组抗压强度满足非承重砖的要求,表明蔗糖酒精废醪液页岩砖能够满足《砌体基本力学性能试验方法标准》(GBT 50129-2011)的要求,可以作为一种新型的墙体承重材料,为今后的研究、产业、编制行业规范提供相关的数据。A new type of brick masonry materials was developed to meet the requirement of the Ma-sonry Structure Design Code ( GB50003-2011 ) and to handle sugar alcohol mash liquid waste harm-lessly . Sugar alcohol waste shale brick was manufactured by taking shale powder as the main materi-al and alcohol waste liquid materials as a new type of sintering wall materials. 4 groups of theoreti-cally reasonable mix proportions were selected by experiment, and a small amount of pulverized coal and organic combustible were taken as fuel to produce bricks ( 240 mm × 115 mm × 53 mm ) . The compressive strength of three groups, A, B, C, meets 10 MPa, the requirement for load bearing brick, and the compressive strength of D group meets the requirement for non-load bearing brick, which indicates that sugar alcohol waste shale brick can meet the requirements of the Basic Mechani-cal Properties of Masonry Test Method Standards ( GBT 50129-2011 ) as a new load-bearing wall materials and provides relevant data for future research, industrialization and industrial norms.
