α-硫辛酸治疗2型糖尿病早期肾病66例疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的研究α-硫辛酸治疗2型糖尿病早期肾病的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择2012年4月至2013年9月收治的2型糖尿病早期肾病患者132例,按入院顺序随机分成研究组和对照组,各66例。对照组患者使用替米沙坦治疗,研究组患者采用α-硫辛酸联合替米沙坦治疗。结果两组患者治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)均无明显变化,组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗后尿白蛋白(UAER)与血管内皮素-1(ET-1)均显著降低(P<0.01),一氧化氮(NO)明显升高(P<0.01),对照组治疗后与治疗前比较的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者均无明显不良反应。结论α-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病早期肾病临床疗效显著,不良反应发生率低,安全可靠,值得临床推广。Objective To study tbe clinical effect and safety of alpba lipoic acid in tbe treatment of early type 2 diabetic nepbropatby （T2DN）. Methods Totally 132 cases of early T2DN in tbe bospital from April 2012 to September 2013 were selected and randomly divided into tbe study group and tbe control group according to tbe admission serial number,66 cases in eacb group. Tbe control group used tbe telmisartan treatment,wbile tbe study group adopted tbe tberapy of alpba lipoic acid combined witb telmisartan. Results FPG, TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C before and after treatment bad no significant cbanges in tbe two groups and tbe differences between tbe two groups bad no statistical significance （ P 〉 0. 05）;UAER and ET-1 after treatment in tbe study group were decreased significantly （ P 〈 0. 01）,wbereas NO increased significantly（ P 〈 0. 01）;but wbicb after treatment in tbe control group bad no statistically signifi-cant differences compared witb before treatment（ P 〉 0. 05）;no obvious adverse reactions occurred in tbe two groups. Conclusion Al-pba lipoic acid bas significantly clinical effect and low occurrence rate of adverse reactions,it is safe and reliable for treating early T2DN,and is wortby of clinical promotion.
