摘 要:目的研究溶液p H、温度、光照强度等因素对大黄酸稳定性的影响。方法将一定质量浓度的大黄酸置不同p H缓冲溶液中、不同光照强度和不同温度条件下,定时取样,采用高效液相色谱法测定大黄酸质量浓度的变化,采用动力学方法建立大黄酸降解速率方程。结果随着溶液p H、温度的升高,光照强度的增加,大黄酸降解速率加快。结论大黄酸的稳定性与p H、温度、光照强度关系密切。大黄酸应在低温、避光的条件下贮存,低p H条件下使用。Objective To investigate tbe influence of pH value,temperature and ligbt intensity on tbe stability of rbein. Methods Tbe certain concentration of rbein was put into different pH values of buffer solutions and placed under different ligbt intensities and differ-ent temperature conditions. Tbe timing sampling was conducted. Tbe cbange of rbein concentrations was detected by adopting tbe HPLC metbod. Tbe rbein degradation rate equation was establisbed by adopting tbe dynamic metbod. Results Witb tbe increase of pH value, temperature and ligbt intensity,tbe rbein degradation rate was accelerated. Conclusion Tbe stability of rbein is closely related witb pH value,temperature and ligbt intensity. Tberefore rbein sbould be stored in low temperature and lucifugal conditions and sbould be used in tbe condition of low pH values.
