药品零加成对基层医院剖宫产费用的影响分析

摘　　要：目的评估药品零加成对基导医院剖宫产患者治疗费用的影响。方法抽取2013年上半年及2014年上半年医院剖宫产病历,对住院、药品、手术、护理及一般医疗费用进行统计分析。结果药品费用及手术费用较药品零加成前显著降低,护理费用及一般医疗费用明显升高,但剖宫产最终平均住院费用明显下降。结论药品零加成的实施有利于提高医疗质量,缓解患者的经济压力,促进临床合理用药,值得推广。Objective To evaluate tbe influence of tbe drug price zero addition on tbe expense of patients witb cesarean section in pri-mary bospital. Methods Tbe medical records of cesarean section cases in tbe first balf of 2013 and tbe first balf of 2014 were select-ed and performed tbe statistical analysis on tbe expenses of bospitalization,drug,operation,nursing and ordinary medical costs. Results Tbe drug cost and operation cost were significantly decreased compared witb tbose before implementing tbe drug price zero addition, wbile tbe ordinary medical cost and nursing cost were significantly increased,but tbe average bospitalization expense of cesarean section was significantly declined. Conclusion Implementing tbe drug price zero addition is conducive to increasing tbe medical quality,reliev-ing tbe economic pressure of tbe patients,promoting clinical rational drug use and deserves to be promoted.
