未服药抑郁发作患者血清血管内皮细胞生长因子、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子浓度及其影响因素

摘　　要：目的:探讨血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(FGF-2)在抑郁发作中的可能作用。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法测定30例未服药抑郁发作患者及30例健康对照血清VEGF、FGF-2的浓度;以两样本t检验比较两组血清VEGF、FGF-2的水平;采用Pearson相关来分析抑郁发作组血清VEGF、FGF-2的影响因素。结果:1抑郁发作组血清VEGF[(697.9±132.9)ng/L]、FGF-2[(333.8±85.9)ng/L]的浓度均高于对照组[分别为(617.3±83.7)ng/L、(270.6±42.5)ng/L,P均<0.05];2抑郁发作组血清VEGF的水平与年龄(r=-0.465,P=0.011)负相关,与疾病持续时间、体质量指数(BMI)、24项汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-24)总分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)总分、自杀意念自评量表(Sl OSS)总分无相关性(P均>0.05);血清FGF-2水平与年龄、疾病持续时间、BMI、HAMD-24总分、HAMA总分、Sl OSS总分无相关性(P均>0.05)。结论:血清VEGF、FGF-2的浓度升高可能与抑郁发作有一定的相关性。Objective： To investigate the possible role of vascular endothelial growth factor（ VEGF）and fibroblast growth factor 2（ FGF- 2） in the pathophysiology of major depression disorders. Methods：30 patients with depression and 30 healthy normal controls were consecutively involved in the study. The serum levels of VEGF and FGF- 2 were detected with sandwich ELISA; Two- sample t test was used to compare the levels between two groups; Pearson correlation test was used to analyze the factors about serum levels of VEGF and FGF- 2 in patients. Results： ①There were significant differences in the serum level of VEGF[（ 697. 9 ± 132. 9） ng / L],FGF- 2 [（ 333. 8 ± 85. 9） ng / L]between patients and healthy controls[respectively（ 617. 3 ± 83. 7） ng / L、（ 270. 6 ± 42. 5） ng / L,P〈0. 05 ]; ② The levels of serum VEGF was negatively correlated to age（ r =-0. 465,P = 0. 011）,were not correlated to duration of illness,Body Max Index（ BMI）,the scores of HAMD- 24,the scores of HAMA and the scores of SIOSS; The levels of serum FGF- 2 were not correlated to age,duration of illness,Body Max Index（ BMI）,the scores of HAMD- 24,the scores of HAMA,the scores of SIOSS. Conclusion： In the present study,the results suggest that elevation of VEGF and FGF- 2 in serum can possibly be related to depression disorders.
