健康体检人群焦虑抑郁状况调查分析

摘　　要：目的：调查健康体检人群焦虑、抑郁发生情况,并分析其影响因素。方法：采用Zung焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）对460名来检者进行测试,分析了焦虑、抑郁自身在性别、年龄方面的分布差异,进一步分析了焦虑与抑郁两者间的关系。结果：460名健康体检者焦虑抑郁发生率分别为11.52%和24.13%,性别男女间不存在差异（P〉0.05）,而年龄组段之间抑郁发生存在显著差异,具有统计学意义（F=21.832,P〈0.01）,表现为焦虑主要发生在30～39岁,呈现中年期为主,抑郁主要发生在50岁以上,呈现老年群体高发现象;同时发生焦虑、抑郁31人,占6.74%,Spearman相关分析结果显示,焦虑得分与抑郁得分成高度相关性（r=0.650,P〈0.01）。分别以焦虑/抑郁为因变量,进行多元逐步回归显示,焦虑抑郁共存性大相关度较高,且年龄对抑郁因子的贡献较大（t=2.360,P=0.019）。结论：健康体检工作任重道远,由原有的生物医学模式向生物-心理-社会医学模式转变,做好早期发现,早期干预,维护心身的健康。Objective： To investigate the anxiety and depression statue in physical examination and analyze the influencing factors. Methods： Adopting Zung self- rating anxiety scale and self- rating depression scale to investigate 460 individuals who took physical examination. Results： Detection rates of anxiety and depression were 11. 52% and 24. 13% respectively; There were no significant difference in the detection of anxiety and depression between different gender（ P〉0. 05）; there were significant difference in the detection of depression among different ages（ F = 21. 832,P〈0. 01）,anxiety occurred mainly between30 to 39 years old,the middle age; depression occurred mainly more 50 years old,the elderly population;31（ 6. 74%） patients had both anxiety and depression; Spearman correlation analysis indicated that scores of anxiety and depression had high correlation（ r = 0. 650,P〈0. 01）. Depression and anxiety had large coexistence and high correlation,age contribute to depression factor（ t = 2. 360,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：The work of physical examination has a long way to go. The change from biomedical model to biological-psychological- social medical model is needed in order to make early discovery,early intervention,and maintenance of psychosomatic health.
