摘　　要：改进供应链绩效并实现利益合理分配一直是供应链管理和优化的难点。以集成式"超组织"供应链结构的效率作为系统最优效率,并以此为"标杆"分析、比较了分散式供应链中,公司与农户在不同市场决策地位情形下,不同利益分配所导致的供应链结构的效率损失。最后从供应链系统角度,提出一种收益共享的运作模式,以实现对供应链整体收益进行合理分配,从而最终达到供应链、农户、公司三赢的目标。How to improve the efficiency of supply chain and realize the rational allocation of interests has always been a difficult problem in supply chain management and optimization. Based on the integrated su- pra-organizational supply chain as a system ＂beacon＂, we analysed the efficiency loss of the supply chain caused by the different interest distributions in different decision status in this paper. We proposed a revenue-sharing model of the supply chain to realize the reasonable distribution of the maximum benefit and the overall benefit of the supply chain. We finally achieved the triple-win situation for Supply chain, Company and Farmer.
