摘　　要：阐述了河流水系生态系统和流域开发的生态效应特征,结合现代河流开发理念,分析论证了新疆塔城地区额敏河流域综合开发的社会经济效益和生态效应。The ecological effects of aquatic ecosystems in river and watershed development, combined with the modern concept of river development, analysis and appraisal of the social and economic benefits and ecological effects of the comprehensive development of Emin River Basin in Tacheng Prefecture of Xinjiang.
