摘  要:根据ITER校正场线圈的绝缘性能要求,基于VC++设计了一套绝缘自动包绕系统;通过对校正场线圈的形状尺寸进行分析,设计了包绕系统的机械结构;根据系统功能需求,选用STM8S单片机作为运动控制芯片;为了获得良好的实时响应性能,上位机软件采用MFC进行开发,其包括两个模块:数据采集模块采集系统运行速度,并提供可视化窗口;控制模块根据系统输入与速度反馈,进行闭环运算,产生控制指令;实际运行结果表明,该系统能按照给定参数在不规则形状线圈上取得了比较均匀的包绕效果,绝缘性能达到国际ITER组织要求。According to the requirements of insulation performance of ITER correction coils, an automatic system of wrapping insula- tion was designed. Through the analysis of the shape and size of the correction coils, the mechanical structure of the wrapping system was designed; In order to meet the system requirements, chosen STM8S microcontroller as the motion control chip. To obtain a good real--time response performance, PC software was developed using MFC, which included two modules: data acquisition module, acquired the speed of wrapping machine and provided a visualized window; control module, calculated the speed command based on the input of system and the feedback speed. The practical running results showed that the system was able to achieve a uniform wrapping effect on the irregular shape correction coils according to the given parameters, and met the ITER organization's requirements of insulation performance.
