摘　　要：某钢铁公司热力厂3台75t/h煤气锅炉长期运行不正常,出力不足,过热器严重超温。本文从燃料变化,热力参数改变及系统与设备方面问题进行了论证,综合考虑了设备状况、施工条件及用户在资金、质量、工期和安全等方面的控制要求,提出了增加系统调温能力的减温器技改方案,并在用户后来的锅炉改造中得到了运用。There were three abnormal long period operating 75t/h gas boilers in a steel Corp.＇s thermal plant with insufficient output and seriously overtemperature of super heater. This paper discussed the existing problems in terms of fuel change, thermal parameters change, system and equipment, overall considered the equipment status, execution conditions, and user＇s controlling requirements of capital, quality, control period and safety, proposed a system temperature adjustment capability increasing technological scheme for desuperheater used in later reconstruction.
