摘　　要：本文指出我国现行电梯监督检验和定期检验规则模式不妥、监督检验内容未能体现过程监督检验等问题,提出树立整体特种设备管理理念,建议电梯监督检验和定期检验规则应分别为独立的电梯监督检验规则和电梯定期检验规则模式,在电梯监督检验项目中增设实质性施工过程的A类检验项目,增加质量保证体系的建立与实施等内容。This article is dedicated in revealing inappropriate in the current regulation model of lift supervisory inspection and periodic inspection, and the failed reflection of supervision results to supervising procedures. In the meantime it is proposed to establish integrated special equipment managing concept, separate the supervision inspection and periodic inspection into two individual models. The A class inspection program containing substantial construction process should be included in the lift supervision inspection. Establishing and implementing quality assurance system are also necessary in content of supervision inspection.
