摘  要:目的探究甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠在重症喘息性支气管炎治疗中的效果。方法 60例重症喘息性支气管炎患者,随机分为观察组32例和对照组28例。观察组给予甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠静脉滴注,对照组给予布地奈德吸入治疗,观察比较两组患者的临床症状消失时间、血气分析情况及治疗有效率。结果治疗7 d后,观察组喘息、哮鸣音以及呼吸困难消失时间均显著少于对照组;观察组患者氧分压(Pa O2)、二氧化碳分压(Pa CO2)、第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)改善情况明显优于对照组;观察组治疗总有效率87.5%明显较对照组64.3%高;两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比布地奈德吸入治疗,甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗重症喘息性支气管炎效果好,可迅速缓解喘息症状,疗效确切,可以在临床上推广使用。Objective To investigate curative effect by methylprednisolone sodium succinate in treating severe asthmatic bronchitis.Methods A total of 60 patients with severe asthmatic bronchitis were randomly divided into observation group with 32 cases and control group with 28 cases. The observation group received methylprednisolone sodium succinate by intravenous drip, and the control group received budesonide by inhalation treatment. Disappearance time of clinical symptoms, blood gas analysis status and effective rate in treatment were observed in the two groups.Results After 7 d of treatment, the observation group had remarkably less disappearance time of wheeze, rale, and dyspnea than the control group. The observation group had much better improvements in arterial partial pressure of oxygen (PaO2), arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide (PaCO2), and forced expiratory volume in 1 second (FEV1) than the control group. The observation group had higher total effective rate as 87.5% than 64.3% of the control group. The differences between the two groups all had statistical significance (P〈0.05).Conclusion Compared with budesonide inhalation treatment, methylprednisolone sodium succinate can provide better effect in treating severe asthmatic bronchitis. It contains precise effect and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
