北京降压0号治疗高血压病的临床分析

摘　　要：目的就北京降压0号治疗高血压病进行临床分析。方法选取2012年8月-2014年8月我院门急诊收治的200例高血压患者,基于随机数字法可将其分为2组,治疗组100例,对照组100例。治疗组采用北京降压0号,对照组采用复方降压片。结果治疗组患者4周末总有效率87.50%,对照组患者4周末总有效率68.75%,二组患者的总有效率存在着较为明显的差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但是治疗前后两组的血糖、血脂、血常规、肾功能、肝功能、尿常规检查等无明显变化。结论北京降压0号治疗高血压病的临床疗效较佳,患者依从性好,价格低廉、服用方便、副作用小,仅需顿服,不易忘记,值得推广应用。Objective To clinically analyze the efficacy of Beijing Antihypertensive No.0 in the treatment of hypertension. Methods Two-hundred patients with hypertension who paid outpatient and emergency visits to our hospital from August 2012 to August 2014 were included in our study. The participants were equally divided into treatment group and control group using a random number table. The patients in the treatment group were treated with Beijing Antihypertensive No.0 and the patients in the control group with compound anti-hypertensive tablets. Results There was a significant difference in the overall response rate at the end of 4-week treatment between the treatment group and control group （87.50% vs 68.75%, P〈0.05）. But no significant changes were found in blood glucose, blood lipid, routine blood parameters, renal function, liver function, and routine urine parameters after treatment between the two groups. Conclusion Beijing Antihypertensive No.0 has better clinical efficacy in the treatment of hypertension, a good compliance of patients, a low price, convenient administration, and few side effects. It is easy for patients to take only with meals and to remember. Beijing Antihypertensive No.0 is worthy of promotion and application.
