摘 要:目的研究含氮化合物消毒剂杀灭微生物最优效果和最佳结合浓度。方法配置浓度为1%、2%、3%的含氮化合物消毒剂各4 ml为试验组1、试验组2、试验组3,磷酸盐缓冲液4 ml为阳性对照组,分别与浓度为105芽孢悬液作用10、20、30 min三个时间段,取0.5 ml依次划种于营养琼脂培养基,37℃恒温培养箱培养48 h,观察有无芽孢生长,取与此次实验相关的溶液,分别与磷酸盐缓冲液混匀作为阴性对照组,进行平行试验。结果浓度为2%的消毒剂作用30 min平均菌落数为0,浓度为3%的消毒剂作用20 min时平均菌落数为0,其余浓度消毒剂作用各时间段均有菌落生长,阴性对照组均未长出菌落。结论本消毒剂能够有效杀灭芽孢,浓度为2%时作用30 min,浓度为3%时作用20 min对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的清除率均为100%。Objective To study the optimal effect and best combined concentration of nitrogen compounds disinfectants to kill microorganisms. Methods 4 ml nitrogen compounds disinfectant of 1%, 2% and 3% were taken as the experimental group 1, group 2 and group 3, 4 ml phosphate buffer was chosen as the positive control group, the concentration of 105 spore suspension were added into the three groups respectively,0.5 ml mixed liquid were drawn into AGAR medium after 10, 20 and 30 min time points. After incubation at 37 ℃ for 48 h, whether spores grew or not were observed. The experiments related solution were mixed with phosphate buffer as the negative control groups, parallel experiment was carried out. Results The sterilization time of 2% disinfectant was 30 min,that of 3% disinfectant was 20 min,colony number is 0. It can be found in other concentration of disinfectant effect time, colonies have not found in the negative control groups. Conclusions This disinfectant can kill spore,germicidal time especially the action of concentration of 2% disinfectant for 30 min and the concentration of 3% disinfectant for 20 min on black variant of bacillus subtilis spores, the clearance rate were 100%.
