经脐两孔法腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术28例分析

摘　　要：总结成功完成的经脐两孔法腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术28例(其中8例采用非气腹腹腔镜)的经验,认为经脐两孔法腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术安全可行且更微创;非气腹腹腔镜手术可在持续硬膜外腔麻醉下进行,是对常规气腹腹腔镜手术的重要补充。Through summarizing surgical experience of 28 patients with successful two-port transumbilical laparoscopic cholecystectomy for treatment of varicocele（8 cases of which treated with gasless laparoscopic）, and the author drew the conclusion that the method is safe and also more minimally invasive than traditional operation; gasless laparoscopic surgery can be treated under continuous epidural space anesthesia, and it is an important supplement to conventional gas laparoscopic operation.
