摘　　要：本研究总结了1例2型糖尿病患者胃转流手术后妊娠分娩的护理体会,主要护理措施有:心理护理、合理饮食、适量运动、血糖监测、母婴监护、分娩期护理及产后随访。通过对胃转流手术后妊娠患者实施精心的产前产后管理,取得了良好的预后效果,患者顺利完成分娩及产后恢复。This study summarized the nursing experience of 1 case of pregnancy and delivery after gastric bypass surgery in treatment of patient with type 2 diabetes mellitus. The main nursing measures contained psychological nursing, rational diet, moderate exercise, blood glucose monitoring, maternal and child care, nursing care during delivery and postnatal follow-up. Through conducting elaborate prenatal and postpartum management of pregnancy and delivery after gastric bypass surgery, the patient completed delivery and postnatal recovery smoothly with good prognosis.
