摘 要:针对一般供应链优化模型只能反映具体资源数量的约束作用,没有反映出资源之间配合关系的约束作用,以及模型求解过程中将资源约束作为刚性处理,没有考虑到供应链资源构成中部分资源约束是弹性的问题,建立以供应链整体运营成本最低为优化目标,以供应链上业务过程能力为约束条件的多级供应链优化模型,并在此基础上建立了逆优化方法。对多级供应链优化模型按照逆优化方法求解可使由市场需求决定的生产任务成为供应链优化模型的最优解,进而引导供应链业务流程改进和再造,使供应链适应市场需求。Common supply chain optimization model can only reflect the restrictive effect of material resources quantity,rather than reflect the restrictive effect of cooperative relation between resources.Moreover,resources restriction is treated rigidly in solving the model,without considering that part of the resources restriction in the supply chain composition are elastic.A multistage supply chain optimization model is established in this paper,the optimization goal of which is to minimize the operational cost of the whole supply chain,and the restriction of which is the operation capacity.The inverse optimization model is founded on the basis.Thus to solve the multistage supply chain optimization model with inverse optimization method can make the production assignment the optimal solution to supply chain optimization model.Moreover,the supply chain business processes can be improved and reengineered to adapt to the market demand.
