摘　　要：本文所谓的依法治档主要包括档案立法、档案执法、档案司法和档案守法等四个方面。要全面推进科学立法、严格执法、公正司法、全民守法,坚持法律面前人人平等,档案行政管理机关就需要落实有法可依,落实执法必严,落实公正司法,落实守法之责。Governing archives by law so-called in this paper includes four aspects： archival legislation, archival law enforcement, archival law-abiding and archival judicial. In order to comprehensively promote the scientific legislation, strict law enforcement, impartial justice, the law-abiding and adhere to equality before the law, archives administrative departments need to implement the laws, implement the archives administrative law enforcement, implement the fair justice, implement the responsibility of obeying the law.
