摘 要:目的:研究薏苡叶对小鼠体内抗肿瘤的影响。方法:建立小鼠实体肿瘤模型,对薏苡叶进行水提和醇提,通过以环磷酰胺做对照实验测定薏苡叶提取物对S180肉瘤细胞的抑制作用。结果::动物实验显示薏苡叶的水提取物和醇提取物都对S180肉瘤细胞有抑制作用,当薏苡叶水提取物的浓度为0.25 mg·g-1时,对肿瘤生长最高的抑制率是68.45%,而薏苡叶醇提取物的浓度为0.125 mg·g-1时,对肿瘤生长的抑制率是96.14%,薏苡叶提取物对小鼠肝脏指数无明显影响。结论:薏苡叶的提取物具有抗肿瘤活性,且醇提取物较水提取物抑制作用更明显。OBJECTIVE To study on antitumor effects of Coix leaves in mouse in vivo. METHODS Solid tumor mouse model was established, and Coix leaves were extracted in water and alcohol with cyclophosphamide as control, to measure inhibiting effects of Coix leaves against S180 sarcoma cells. RESULTS Animal experiments showed that water and alcohol extracts of Coix leaves had inhibitory effects against S180 sarcoma cells. When concentration of water extract of Coix leaves was 0. 25 mg·g^-1, the highest inhibition rate of tumor growth was 68. 45%. When concentration of alcohol extract of Coix leaves was 0. 125mg·g^-1 , the inhibition rate of tumor growth was 96. 14%. Coix leaf extract had no obvious effects on mouse liver index. CONCLUSION Coix leaf extract has anti-tumor activity, and alcohol extract has more obvious effects than water extract.
