注射用鼠神经生长因子多药联合治疗对缺血性视神经病变的作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨鼠神经生长因子多药联合治疗缺血性视神经病变的疗效。方法:选取2012年11月-2013年11月收治的120例(120眼)缺血性视神经病变患者作为研究对象,按收治时间顺序分为联合组和对照组,各60例,对照组给予常规药物治疗,联合组在常规药物治疗基础上,加用鼠神经生长因子,比较2组患者的疗效及不良反应。结果:联合组患者的治疗总有效率为96.7%,显著高于对照组的78.3%,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;治疗期间,联合组有13例发生注射不良事件,其中臀部疼痛1例,注射部位硬结、红肿、疼痛12例,实验室指标不良事件4例(6.7%)。结论:注射用鼠神经生长因子多药联合治疗缺血性视神经病变,具有确切的疗效,且不良反应少,是一种安全、有效的治疗方案。OBJECTIVE To investigate clinical efficacy of mouse nerve growth factor for injection combined with multiple drugs against ischemic optic neuropathy. METHODS A total of 120 cases of patients with ischemic optic neuropathy diagnosed from 2012 to 2013, were divided into combination group （n = 60） and control group （n = 60） in sequence of visits. Patients were treated with conventional treatment alone in control group, and mouse nerve growth factor combined with conventional treatment in combination group. Efficacy and adverse drug reactions were compared between two groups. RESULTS Total efficacy rate in combination group （96. 7 % ） were significantly higher than that of control group （78. 3 % ） （P〈0. 05）. During treatments, 13 cases had adverse events in combination group, including 1 case with hip pain, 12 cases with induration, swelling, pain of injection site, 4 cases with adverse laboratory benchmarks （6. 7%）. CONCLUSION Mouse nerve growth factor combined with multiple drugs against isehemic optic neuropathy has definite therapeutic effects and less adverse reactions, and it is safe and efficient.
