摘 要:波动性负荷引起的电压波动与闪变可以在电力系统各节点间传播。理论分析表明,电压闪变是由间谐波电压与基波电压共同作用产生的,因此,研究闪变在电网中的传递可以通过分析间谐波在电网中的传播来实现。为此,提出了一种基于间谐波电压的闪变传递计算方法,可以有效地对电力系统任意公共连接点处的闪变水平进行评估。此外,由于闪变叠加效应,不同闪变源之间是存在相互干扰的,所提方法确定的闪变叠加系数比IEC推荐的经验系数更加准确。最后通过算例仿真证明了本文闪变传递算法的有效性和准确性。Voltage flicker caused by fluctuating loads may propagate to other voltage nodes of power system. Theoreti- cal analysis shows that voltage flicker was caused by the fundamental voltage and interharmonic voltage generated by joint action. On this basis, flicker propagation studies in large networks can be performed from the interharmonic com- ponents. Therefore, this paper introduces a method for calculating flicker levels in the network by analyzing the propa- gation of voltage interharmonic. So that the flicker levels at any bus of the network can be determined effectively in this method. Moreover, because the flicker sources mutually interference each other, flicker summation laws obtained by the introduced method, compared with the summation laws proposed by IEC, are proved to be more accurate. Finally, the validity and accuracy of this flicker propagation algorithm are verified by the example of simulation.
