摘  要:机械除冰作业时输电线路因外力冲击作用和覆冰突然脱落而发生大幅振动,会对线路结构产生潜在危害,从而阻碍了机械除冰技术的推广。为抑制机械除冰时电线的脱冰跳跃,通过分别采用绝缘绳或绝缘杆约束电线,分别保持约束点固定或可移动,及改变约束点位置等共组合产生了16种抑制方案;以某输电线路机械除冰试验为例,通过有限元仿真,研究了各种方案对机械除冰过程中除冰率、电线跳跃高度和最大张力的影响。结果表明,当采用绝缘绳施加在档距中点并固定约束点上跳位移的方案时,对抑制机械除冰中电线脱冰跳跃的综合效果最好,在工程中应优先选用。The large amplitude vibration, induced by external impact force and sudden ice shedding during mechanical de-icing process, threats the mechanical safety of overhead power transmission lines, which limits the application of mechanical de-icing methods. Cable jump height suppression methods were proposed and evaluated in this paper. A to- tal of 16 methods were studied, by varying and combining locations and allowable displacements of the connecting points where the insulated rope or pole was applied. Then, the effects of the proposed methods were compared, in terms of ice shedding rates, cable jump heights, and maximum cable tensions. Taking the de-icing test of a test line for finite element modeling, it has been proved that the best method is the one applying the insulated rope on the middle point of the span, with the upward displacement of the connected point constrained, which should be used preferentially in engineering practice.
