摘  要:为研究直流电压下复合绝缘子积污特性,以复合FXBW-110/120-2绝缘子为研究对象,利用COMSOL数值模拟软件中的湍流模块、静电模块以及流体流动粒子追踪模块,对垂直悬挂、直流电压作用下的绝缘子表面积污特性进行了数值模拟研究,并与相关文献的试验结果进行了对比,分析了风速和污秽粒径对其表面积污特性的影响。结果表明:数值模拟结果与试验结果在数量级上吻合得较好。与不加电情况比较,施加90 k V直流电压时,靠近高压端的2号伞裙、绝缘子中段的5、6号伞裙以及靠近低压端的11号伞裙的积污量增量较大,呈"W"型分布。复合绝缘子表面积污量随风速的增大而增多,随粒径的增大呈现先减小后增多的趋势。To study contamination characteristics of composite insulators under DC voltage, the numerical simulation on FXBW - 110/120 -2 and comparison of its results with the experiment were studied by the electrostatic module, the turbulence module and the fluid particle tracking module of the commercial software COMSOL. The influence of the wind speed and the particle size on contamination characteristics was analyzed on the surface of the composite insula- tors, which showed that the results of the numerical simulation are matched to the experiment on the order of magni- tude. Compared with the no power situation, the contamination quantity of the No. 2 umbrella group close to the high voltage, the No. 5 and No. 6 umbrella group in middle position of the composite insulators, and the No. 11 umbrella group close to the low voltage increases and distributes in shap of "W" under the 90 kV voltage. The contamination quantity of the composite insulators increases as the wind speed increases, and it first decreases and then increases with the increase of the particle size.
