心尖肥厚型心肌病合并前降支严重狭窄1例

摘　　要：1病例资料患者,女,42岁。因＂反复胸闷2个月余,加重伴胸痛5d＂于2013年11月9日入院。患者近2个月活动时或情绪激动后出现胸闷不适,位于心前区,每次持续约3~5min,伴有咽喉部紧缩感及窒息感，休息或情绪稳定后可缓解，伴心悸，未予重视。The clinical manifestation was repeated chest distress and chest pain, Electrocardiogram showed giant negative T wave in chest leads and echocardiogram showed left ventricular apex was distinctly thick（12 ~ 13 mm）, Left ventricle angiography had the apical ＂spade-like＂ changes. Coronary angiography showed left anterior descending coronary artery had 95% stenosis. The clinical diagnosis was coronary artery disease andapical hyper- trophic cardiomyopathy and hypertension.
