摘 要:传统的磷化前处理会对环境产生一定的危害,而硅烷前处理具有很好的环保性。对Q235钢材表面采用不同清洁度、不同除锈等级条件下制备了硅烷膜,通过能谱测试(EDS)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了硅烷处理后的表面元素成分、形貌特征。在硅烷前处理后喷涂底漆,研究了试板在3.5%Na Cl(质量分数)溶液中的电化学阻抗行为和耐中性盐雾性能,结果表明:工程机械结构件在进行硅烷前处理之前,基材除锈等级必须达到Sa2.5级,清洁度达到1级,才能满足工程机械涂装要求。Traditional phosphating pretreatment is harmful to environment while silane pre- treatment is environmental compatibility. A silane film has been prepared on the surface of Q235 with different cleanliness and derusting grade. The elemental composition and morphology of the treated surface was studied by EDS and SEM. By spraying primer on the silanized surface, the test plate was studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and salt spray resistance in 3.5wt% NaCl solution. The results showed that the substrate of construction machinery could be qualified for coating process when the derusting grade of the substrate was Sa2. 5 and the cleanliness degree was level 1 prior to silane pretreatment.
