摘 要:采用单辊快淬法制备Fe80Zr10B10非晶合金,并对该合金进行不同温度及不同保温时间热处理。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)对合金的晶化过程和磁性能进行测试分析。结果表明:Fe80Zr10B10非晶合金经550℃退火保温不同时间,仅析出α-Fe相。经600℃退火,保温1 min后晶化产物为α-Fe相和χ相(α-Mn型相),χ相为亚稳相,随保温时间延长,χ相转变为α-Fe相。经650℃退火,保温1 min的晶化产物为Laves C14(λ)相,随保温时间增加,λ相向α-Fe相转变,并伴有Fe3Zr相和Fe2Zr相析出。合金经550℃退火,矫顽力(Hc)随保温时间的延长变化不大,比饱和磁化强度(Ms)逐渐增大。600℃退火,矫顽力(Hc)在合金保温10 min后达到最大值然后减小,比饱和磁化强度(Ms)在合金保温10 min后达到最小值,然后增大。650℃退火,矫顽力(Hc)随保温时间的增加而减小,比饱和磁化强度(Ms)逐渐增大。Fe_(80)Zr_(10)B_(10)amorphous alloy was prepared by the single roller melt-spinning and isothermally annealed at different temperatures and different holding time. The crystallization process and magnetic properties of the samples were investigated by XRD, TEM and VSM. The results show that only the α-Fe phase is observed in the annealed Fe_(80)Zr_(10)B_(10)alloy at 550 ℃ for different holding time. After annealing at 600 ℃ for 1 rain, the α-Fe phase and the X phase (ct-Mn type phase) are observed in the Fe_(80)Zr_(10)B_(10) alloy in the initial crystallization stage. The α-Mn type phase is a metastable phase. The χ phase transforms to α-Fe phase with the increasing annealing time. The Laves C14(k) phase is observed after annealing at 650 ℃ for 1 min. As the increasing annealing time, the k phase transforms to cL-Fe phase with the precipitations of Fe3Zr and Fe2Zr phases. For the annealed Fe_(80)Zr_(10)B_(10) alloy at 550 ℃ for different holding time, the coercive force (H) changes little with increasing of holding time, the specific saturation magnetization (Ms ) increases gradually. The alloy annealed at 600 ℃ for 10 rain, H reaches the maximum value and then decreases with further increasing the holding time, and Ms reaches the minimize value, and then increases. The alloy annealed at 650 ℃ for different holding time, Hodecreases with increasing of the holding time and M increases gradually.
