摘 要:研究了快速凝固对Fe-Mn-Si形状记忆合金形状记忆效应及耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,快速凝固由于大大细化晶粒,增加了基体强度;同时,快速凝固具有大的过冷度,导致较多层错的产生,有利于ε马氏体的形核,从而显著提高合金的形状记忆效应,和铸态合金相比,其形状回复率提高幅度达到24%~160%左右。在不存在容易被基体吸附且易形成可溶性化合物的离子时,晶界增加,会降低合金的耐腐蚀性能,所以快速凝固合金在Na OH溶液中的耐腐蚀性能低于铸态合金;而在HCl溶液中,存在容易被基体吸附生成易溶化合物的Cl-,同时这种离子不易穿透快速凝固合金更为致密的氧化膜,所以快速凝固合金的耐腐蚀性能高于铸态合金。Influence of rapid solidification on the shape memory effect and corrosion resistance of a Fe-Mn-Si shape memory alloy was studied. The results show that the grain is great refinement and the strength of the matrix increases for the alloy by rapid solidification. In the meanwhile, the rapid solidification with larger degree of supercooling causes more stacking faults ,which are conducive to nucleation of ~ martensite, and the shape memory effect of the alloy is improved significantly. Compared with the as-cast alloy, the shape recovery rate increases by 24%-160%. When no ions in corrosion solution which can be easily absorbed by substrate to form the soluble compounds are existence, the increase of grain boundaries can reduce the corrosion resistance of alloy. The corrosion resistance of the rapid solidified alloy is lower than that of the as-cast alloy in NaOH solution due to its fine grain structure with larger amount of grain boundaries. However, the CI- ions in HC1 sontion can be easily absorbed by substrate to form soluble compounds, and it is difficult to penetrate the denser oxidation film of the rapid solidified alloy surface for the ions, so the corrosion resistance of the rapid solidified alloy is superior to that of the as-cast alloy.
