摘  要:利用CO2激光对1Cr5Mo耐热钢焊接接头进行表面热处理,通过慢应变速率试验研究激光热处理对其在NACE溶液中应力腐蚀开裂敏感性的影响。利用扫描电镜分析了激光热处理前后焊接接头断口形貌和腐蚀物化学成分组成,探讨了扫描速度对焊接接头应力腐蚀性能的影响机理。结果表明,激光热处理后焊接接头抗应力腐蚀性提高,腐蚀敏感性指数由33.9%下降到23%;激光扫描速度对1Cr5Mo耐热钢焊接接头应力腐蚀性能有一定的影响,其中扫描速度为400 mm/min时应力腐蚀敏感指数最小。The welded joint of 1Cr5Mo heat-resistant steel was heat treated with a CO2 laser, the effects of LHT (laser heat treatment) on stress corrosion crcking sensitivity in NACE ( National Association of Corrosion Engineers) solution were investigated by means of slow strain rate test (SSRT). The fracture morphology and chemical components of corrosive products before and after LHT were analyzed by SEM (scanning electron microscopy) and EDS (energy dispersive spectrometer analysis), respectively, and the stress corrosion mechanism of laser scanning speed on 1Cr5Mo heat-resistant steel welded joint was discussed. The results show that the stress corrosion resistance of the welded joint is improved after LHT, and the sensitivity index of stress corrosion decreases from 33.9% to 23%. The laser scanning speed has mild effect on stress corrosion properties of the 1CrSMo heat-resistant steel welded joint, of which the stress corrosion sensitivity index is the lowest at the laser scanning speed of 400 mm/min.
