跨境人民币双向资金池业务的金融条件与模式研究

摘　　要：跨境人民币双向资金池业务是我国在资本项目实施较为严格管制背景下推行的过渡性制度安排。金融监管部门对此类业务的参与主体、业务模式、风险控制等都作出明确的规定。该文对开展该类业务的金融条件、运营模式进行了分析,并从进一步规范发展的角度提出了政策建议。The bidirectional cross-border RMB capital pool business is China＇s transitional arrangement under the background of the implementation of stringent controls on capital projects. Financial regulators give some clearly defined roles on business participants, business model, risk control. This paper analyses the development of this kind of businesses, financial conditions, operating mode, and puts forward some policy suggestions from the point of view to further development of China＇s bidirectional cross-border RMB capital pool business.
