血栓通注射液并阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病合并糖尿病的价值

摘　　要：目的:研究血栓通注射液联合阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病合并糖尿病患者的临床价值。方法:选择2012年1月至2014年1月本院收治的冠心病合并糖尿病患者100例,使用数字法随机分为常规治疗组(包括阿托伐他汀治疗)和血栓通联合阿托伐他汀治疗组(联合治疗组),每组50例。观察两组患者临床疗效、血脂水平变化及安全性。结果:联合治疗组总有效率明显高于常规治疗组(96.0%比68.0%,P=0.032)。治疗后,与常规治疗组比较,联合治疗组总胆固醇[(4.38±0.50)mmol/L比(4.09±0.47)mmol/L]、甘油三酯[(2.23±0.35)mmol/L比(1.79±0.28)mmol/L]、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇[(2.45±0.29)mmol/L比(2.23±0.28)mmol/L]水平显著降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇[(1.11±0.12)mmol/L比(1.37±0.25)mmol/L]水平显著升高(P均<0.05)。不良反应发生率联合治疗组为6.0%,与常规治疗组的4.0%无显著性差异(P=0.436)。结论:血栓通联合阿托伐他汀可以显著改善冠心病合并糖尿病患者的血脂水平,疗效显著。Objective：To study the therapeutic value of Xueshuantong injection combined atorvastatin in patients with coronary heart disease（CHD）complicated diabetes mellitus（DM）.Methods：A total of 100CHD＋DM patients,who were treated in our hospital from Jan 2012 to Jan 2014,were selected.According to random number method,they were randomly and equally divided into routine treatment group（including atorvastatin treatment）and Xueshuantong combined atorvastatin group（combined treatment group）.Clinical therapeutic effect,change of blood lipid level and safety were observed in two groups.Results：Total effective rate of combined treatment group was significantly higher than that of routine treatment group（96.0% vs.68.0%,P=0.032）.Compared with routine treatment group,after treatment,there were significant reductions in levels of total cholesterol[（4.38±0.50）mmol/L vs.（4.09±0.47）mmol/L],triglyceride [（2.23±0.35）mmol/L vs.（1.79±0.28）mmol/L]and low density lipoprotein cholesterol[（2.45±0.29）mmol/L vs.（2.23±0.28）mmol/L],and significant rise in level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol[（1.11±0.12）mmol/L vs.（1.37±0.25）mmol/L]in combined treatment group,P〈0.05 all.Incidence rate of adverse reaction was 6.0% and 4.0%in combined treatment group and routine treatment group respectively,but there was no significant difference between two groups,P=0.436.Conclusion：Xueshuantong combined atorvastatin treatment can significantly improve blood lipid levels and raise clinical therapeutic effect in CHD＋DM patients.
