摘 要:采用CO2激光(波长10.6μm)点火法,研究了微米A1粉、纳米A1粉、纳米Ti粉及含金属粉的AP/HTPB复合同体推进剂在不同激光功率密度条件下的点火特性,探讨了Al粉粒径对其点火性能的影响和金属粉对AP/HTPB复合固体推进剂点火的影响规律。结果表明,在激光功率密度为77.6—365.1W·cm。条件下,AI粉的点火延迟时间随着激光功率密度增加逐渐减小;Al粉粒径越小,其点火延迟时间越短( tJal-50〈tN-Al 〈tjal-t50 〈tjal-200〈 t5μm ,点火能量越小Ejal-50 〈EN-Al〈Ejal-50〈Eja-200 〈E5μm )。相同激光功率密度条件下,150nmTi粉的点火延迟时间和点火能量明显要小于150nmAI粉,且两者的点火过程差异较大。含金属粉的AP/HTPB复合固体推进剂点火延迟时间顺序为tRx-0〉fHT-5A〉fHT-1A〉fHT-4A〉fHT-3T,点火能量顺序为ERx-0〉EHT-5。〉EHT-1A〉EGT-4A〉EHT-3T,与相应金属粉的点火延迟时间顺序一致(t5μm〉tJal-200〉fN-Al〉TJal-50〉TTi-150),且点火均首先发生在样品表面。Ignition characteristics of AI micro-powders, AI nanopowders, Ti nanopowder and amine perchlorate (AP)/ hydroxyl- terminated polybutadiene(HTPB) composite solid propellants containing metal powders were studied by CO2 laser ignition method with a wavelength of 10.6 μm at different heat fluxes, and the effects of AI size on ignition characteristics of AI powders and the effect of the different metal powders on ignition characteristics of APIHTPB composite solid propellants containing metal powders were discussed under heat fluxes from 77.6 W · cm-2 to 365. I W · cm-2. Results show that the ignition delay times of AI powders gradually decrease with the increasing of heat fluxes. The ignition delay time is shorter and the ignition energy is lower ( tJal-50〈tN-Al 〈tjal-t50 〈tjal-200〈 t5μm and Ejal-50 〈EN-Al〈Ejal-50〈Eja-200 〈E5μm )when the size of AI powder is smaller. The ignition energy and delay time of Ti powder is smaller than the AI powder when their size is 150nm and their ignition process are obviously different. The ignition of APIHTPB composite solid propellants containing metal powders appears on the surface of the sample first, and the order of the ignition delay time is tRx-0 〉t HT SA 〉t HT-I A 〉t HT4A 〉t HT-3T and the order of the ignition energy is ERx-0 〉E HT-SA 〉EHT-IA 〉EHT-4A 〉 EHT-3 , which is in accordance with the order of the ignition time of the corresponding metal powders(t5μm〉tJal-200〉fN-Al〉TJal-50〉TTi-150).
