广东省城镇居民与健康相关的生存质量影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨影响广东省城镇居民与健康相关生存质量的因素。方法采用区域分层随机抽样方法,选取广东省广州、深圳、潮州、汕头、茂名5个城市中的2 548例14岁以上城镇居民为调查对象,应用SF-36生存质量量表对其生存质量进行现况调查,对生存质量的影响因素行单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析。结果影响广东省城镇居民生理健康领域(PCS)的因素为性别、年龄、就职情况、工作时间、饮酒、营养情况、睡眠时间、体育锻炼、有无疾病和负性事件(OR值分别为0.633、0.709、0.846、0.836、2.239、1.247、1.140、0.213、1.663);影响心理健康领域(MCS)的主要影响因素为性别、年龄、婚姻状况、就职情况、工作时间、居住情况、营养情况、睡眠时间、体育锻炼、有无疾病和负性事件(OR值分别为0.819、0.773、1.343、0.803、0.869、0.789、1.813、1.362、1.099、0.527、1.822)。结论广东省城镇居民生存质量受到社会人口学因素和生活方式等多方面因素的影响,男性、已婚、经常参加体育锻炼、有充足的睡眠时间、合理的工作时间、合并疾病少、与家人朋友居住、合理应对负性事件等城镇居民的生存质量较好。Objective To discuss the influence factors of health-related quality of life in Guangdong urban residents. Methods Totally 2 548 urban residents were asked to fill in SF-36.We used the regional and stratified random sampling method to choose 2 548 urban residents over the age of 14 from Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chaozhou, Shantou and Maoming in five cities as the respondents.SF-36 was used to investigate the quality of life, and the influence factors were analyzed by univariate and mult-ivariate logistical regression analysis.Results The factors that affected the physical component summary of urban residents were sex, age, job status, work time, drinking, nutritional status, sleeping time, physical exercise, diseases and negative events （OR values were 0.633, 0.709, 0.846, 0.836, 2.239, 1.247, 1.140, 0.213 and 1.663, respectively）.The factors that affected men-tal component summary were sex, age, marital status, job status, work time, living status, nutritional status, sleeping time, physical exercise, diseases and negative events （OR values were 0.819, 0.773, 1.343, 0.803, 0.869, 0.789, 1.813, 1.362, 1.099, 0.527 and 1.822, respectively）.Conclusion The quality of life of Guangdong urban residents is influenced by social demographic factor, life style and other factors.The residents who are male, married, often takes part in the physical exercise and have enough sleep time, reasonable working hours and less disease, live with his family and friends, and can reasonably re-sponse to negative events may have better quality of life.
