摘　　要：文章分析了目前我国农业科技管理存在管理主体单一化与管理手段创新不足、职能同构严重、政府越位缺位现象并存和缺乏对科研环境的管理等问题,提出了强化对农业科技的宏观管理职能;理顺权责关系,促进农业科技管理的协同与集成;优化农业科技发展环境;大力推动第三部门参与农业科技管理等建议。The current existing problems in the management of agricultural science and technology were analyzed in the paper, such as single managing subject, means of management, functional isomorphism seriously insufficient, the government offside and vacancy phenomenon coexist, the lack of scientific management of the environment. Suggestions were put forward, i.e., strengthening strategic managing function, rationalizing relation between right and duty to promote harmoniously integration of science and technology management, optimizing environment of agricultural science and technology development, and promoteing the third part to take part in management of agricultural science and technology.
