农业科研院所创新文化建设实践与探讨——以中国热带农业科学院橡胶研究所为例

摘　　要：农业科研院所的文化建设影响和支撑着农业科研院所的科技创新。文章阐述了农业科研院所创新文化建设的背景与意义,以中国热带农业科学院橡胶研究所为例,总结了其创新文化建设的一些做法及成效,提出坚持导向,常抓不懈;围绕中心,服务科技;齐抓共管,形成合力;立足当前,着眼长远的建议,以期引领和促进农业科技事业的发展。The construction of culture influenced and supported scientific and technological innovation in agricultural scientific research institutions. The background and significance of innovative culture construction were analyzed in the paper. Practice and effect of innovative culture construction in the Rubber Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences were summarized. Suggestions were put forward, such as insisting on orientation and keeping on culture construction, serving science and technology around center, cooperating together and integrating, standing on current situation and regarding the future. These were for leading and promoting development of agricultural science and technology enterprises.
