油气开采企业开展深层煤炭地下气化业务的前景分析

摘　　要：我国主要含油气盆地深层煤炭资源蕴藏量丰富,但长期以来未能得到有效开发利用。煤炭地下气化技术(UJCG)属于煤炭资源清洁高效开发和利用的范畴,符合国家"能源革命"的相关要求,国内外的发展经验已经初步证实,UCG在技术、经济和市场方面均是可行的。分析结果认为,油气企业在推动深层UCG发展的进程中具有很大的优势,具体表现在以下方面:①国家政策层面大力支持UCG工业化;②油气开采企业具有一定的资源优势;③油气开采企业具有明显的工程技术优势;④油气开采企业具有类似的生产控制经验;⑤油气开采企业具有市场保障优势和天然气替代效益驱动;⑥油气开采企业具有利用深层1UCG建设地下储气库的综合优势。综合宏观的国际形势及UCG业务发展所面临的困难,提出了对我国深层UCG可持续发展的建议:可以由油气开采企业牵头,煤炭开采企业和燃气发电企业参与,集中各家优势力量,实现互利共赢。结论认为,发展深层UCG业务可以将原来无法开发利用的深层煤炭资源转化为现实的、长期的清洁能源供应,这将有力推动中国"能源独立"的进程。The major oil and gas bearing basins in China contain abundant deep-zone coal resources, which have not been developed and utilized effectively for a long time. Underground coal gasification （UCG） is in the category of high-efficiency clean development and utilization technologies of coal resources, and it is accordant with the related requirements for national energy revolution. It has been preliminarily verified by the development experience at home and abroad that UCG is feasible in terms of technology, economy and market. Based on analysis results, oil and gas enterprises are remarkably predominant in the process of impelling deep-zone UCG development. First, UCG industrialization is greatly supported by national policies. Second, oil and gas production enterprises are, to some extent, dominant in resources. Third, oil and gas production enterprises are obviously dominant in engineering technologies. Fourth, oil and gas production enterprises are experienced for similar production controls. Fifth, oil and gas production enterprises are dominant in market guarantee and driven by natural gas replacement benefits. And sixth, oil and gas production enterprises are comprehensively dominant in rebuilding underground gas storage from deep-zone UCG. The suggestions for sustainable development of deep-zone UCG in China are proposed after comprehensive analysis is conducted on the international situations and the difficulties faced by UCG business. That is to exploit the advantages of all enterprises and realize mutual benefits and win-win goals by taking oil and gas production enterprises as the lead and coal production enterprises and gas power generation enterprises as the participants. It is concluded that the deep-zone coal resources which previously can not be developed and utilized but now can be converted into long- term practical clean energy by means of deep-zone UCG business, which will accelerate the process of China＇s energy independence.
