摘 要:为了给山区旅游公路的安全性设计提供科学的、可借鉴的设计方法和设计流程,文中以洪雅~峨眉山旅游公路新建工程为实例,使用先进的技术手段对该公路开展了行车安全性评估分析和设计优化,包括:进行多车型、多工况的运行速度计算,通过运行速度协调性分析给出了平面线形参数调整建议;根据三维线形条件下的大型车辆行驶速度曲线,评价了运行速度与设计速度之间的协调性,为爬坡车道设计提供了准确的布设位置;结合代表性车型的运行速度曲线、平纵面线形条件和隧道运行特点,确定了限速区段并给出了分车型的限速值;使用GSRS(Grade Severity Rating System)模型预测了大型车辆长下坡行驶时的制动器温度曲线,评估了避险车道选址的合理性;运用数值模式手段仿真车辆与护栏的碰撞过程,评估了路侧波型梁护栏的防撞性能并提出了护栏防护等级的选取建议。待公路建成通车之后,将对实际的运营效果和事故情况进行长期跟踪,以进一步修正和完善文中的研究方法。To provide referenced scientific design method and design processes for the mountainous tourist highway safety design, new construction of Hongya - Mount EMei Tourism Highway is selected as an example, several advanced technologies are used to carry out the road traffic safety assessment analysis and design optimization in this paper: firstly, operating speed of different types of vehicles differentworking conditions are calculated, on the basis of the operating speed coordination, horizontal alignment parameter adjustment recommendations are presented; secondly, coordination between operating speed of large vehicles on three-dimensional roadway and design speed is evaluated, and accurate setting position of climbing lane is provided~ thirdly, combine operating speed of typical vehicle models, horizontal & vertical alignment, and tunnel operating characteristics to determine the speed control sections and speed limit value of various vehicle types; fourthly, using GSRS (Grade Severity Rating system) model to predict the brake temperature profiles for large vehicles when traveling on long downhill, reasonableness of truck escape ramp setting location are evaluated according to the brake temperature profiles~ fifthly, reconstruct the collision process of vehicle against beam barriers by means of numerical models to assess the Crashworthiness of beam barriers, and then technical standard of the barriers is determined. After Hongya - Mount EMei Tourism Highway open to traffic, actual operating results and accident data will be followed up for long-term to improve the proposed method in this paper.
