摘  要:以多种温度的燃烧法测试布顿岩沥青(BRA)的质量损失和残留矿物的颗粒级配,并与离心分离法测试结果做对比,借助电子显微镜照片、XRD图谱和X荧光光谱分析了高温燃烧对BRA物相组成的影响,编制了燃烧法测试BRA沥青含量和矿物颗粒级配的修正系数标定方法,并进行了BRA改性剂产品的抽样检测验证。试验结果表明,BRA矿物颗粒级配粗于矿粉颗粒级配,掺用于沥青混合料时不宜等量代替矿粉;以900℃煅烧BRA测试其灰分含量的方法不能反映BRA的矿物质含量;三氯乙烯的溶释和538℃的高温灼烧对BRA矿物质的物相组成基本没有影响;燃烧法测试BRA的质量损失不仅包括沥青,还包括微细矿物颗粒随烟尘的飞散损失、非沥青有机物和少量高温易分解矿物的燃烧损失;在保证沥青完全燃烧的基础上,宜取较低的燃烧温度测试BRA的沥青含量和矿物颗粒级配;参照离心分离法测定结果计算确定的修正系数可用于422℃燃烧法检测原矿稳定的BRA改性剂沥青含量和矿物颗粒级配。The weight loss and residual mineral particle gradation of Buton rock asphalt(BRA)are tested by combustion method for various temperature grading,and compared with the test results of centrifugal separation method.By means of electron microscope photos,XRD mapping and X fluorescence spectra,the effects of high temperature combustion on the phase composition of BRA material are analyzed.Then the calibration method for the correction factor of combustion method is programmed,that for testing the asphalt content and mineral particle gradation of BRA.The calibration method also is proved by the sampling test of BRA modified agent products.The experimental results show that:BRA mineral grain is bigger than mineral powder,so it should not be the equivalent replacing for mineral powder mixed asphalt mixture.The ash content is tested by 900 calcinations,that cannot confirm the mineral content of BRA.The dissolution of trichloroethylene and 538℃ burning effect BRA minerals phase composition very little.Mass loss of BRA by combustion method not only includes the asphalt,also includes fine mineral particles scattering loss,and burning loss of other organic matter and few easy decomposed minerals.In ensuring the complete combustion of asphalt,combustion temperature should be lower for BRA.The correction factors refer to 422℃combustion method based on centrifugal separation method results are calculated,that can be used to test the asphalt content and mineral particle gradation of ore source stable BRA.
