摘 要:通过乙烯基MQ树脂与三甲氧基硅烷的硅氢加成反应制得甲氧基MQ树脂,采用甲氧基MQ树脂补强缩合型室温硫化硅橡胶。结果表明:甲氧基MQ树脂补强硅橡胶具有良好的物理性能和透明性,其强度随甲氧基MQ树脂用量以及甲氧基含量的增大而增大;当MQ树脂(M/Q摩尔比为1.3,甲氧基质量分数为0.075 7)与硅橡胶用量比为40/60时,补强硅橡胶的拉伸强度可达4.0 MPa,撕裂强度为8kN·m-1,邵尔A型硬度为43度,透光率为90.1%。Methoxy MQ resins were synthesized through the hydrosilylation reaction of vinyl MQ resin and trimethoxysilane,and then filled in the condensation type RTV silicone rubber. The results showed that,the methoxy MQ resin filled silicone rubber displayed good physical properties and transparency,and the strength increased with the increase of addition level of MQ resin and methoxy con- tent. When the blending ratio of MQ resin(the mole ratio of M and Q was 1.3 ,and the mass fraction of methoxy was 0. 075 7) and silicone rubber was 40/60, the tensile strength of the reinforced silicone rubber reached to 4.0 MPa,tear strength was 8 kN ~ m-1 ,Shore A hardness was 43 degree,and light transmittance was 90.1%.
