摘　　要：目的:了解定向医学生的自测健康现状,探讨定向医学生自测健康与专业承诺之间的关系。方法:应用自测健康评定量表、专业承诺调查量表对新乡医学院全体定向医学生进行调查。结果:定向医学生的专业承诺与自测健康呈正相关(P<0.01);定向医学生自测健康总分终得分为(69.84±9.53)分,生理健康子量表终得分最高(75.92±10.70)分,心理健康子量表终得分最低(63.35±13.02)分;不同性别定向医学生3个子量表得分及SRHMS总分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),女生得分均高于男生。结论:定向医学生的自测健康水平较低,呈中等以下水平,应采取积极有效的措施改善定向医学生的自测健康状况。Objective To investigate the status of self-rated health of rural-oriented medical students,and explore the correla- tion of serf-testing health and their professional commitment. Methods All the rural-oriented medical students of Xinxiang Medical University were surveyed with Self-Rated Health Measurement Scale and professional commitment scale. Results The rural-oriented medical students＇ professional commitment was positively related to their self-rated health （P 〈0.01 ）. The score of SRHMS was 69.84 ±9.53 ,in which the score of physical health dimension was the highest （75.92 ± 10. 70）. And the score of psychological health dimension （632 35 ± 13.02） was the lowest. There had significant differences of the scores of SRHMS and three sub scales between the male and the female students （ P 〈 0. 05 ）.
