日本在伪蒙疆政权时期的畜产物加工处理统制

摘　　要：日本占领蒙疆地域后,在经济领域逐渐推行统制政策。对畜产物加工处理统制也是统制经济的组成部分之一。1943年6月,日本占领当局通过伪蒙疆政府颁布《关于轻工业组合统制之件》,称鉴于结成动物皮毛以及动物油脂、动物骨、动物肠类为原料的组合的重要性,根据经济部令,分别设立了各自的统制组合。即成立以畜产物为原料的皮革鞣制、皮革制品制造业、毛制品制造业、动物骨·动物蹄·动物角加工业、肥皂·蜡烛制造业、动物肠类处理加工业等6个轻工业组合,进一步强化对畜产物加工业的一元化统制。地域内的畜产物加工业由于受统制的影响,原料购入无法保障,相继倒闭破产。When occupied the central Inner Mongolian region, Japan gradually carried out the policy of control- ling in the economic field. One part of the livestock product processing control is the controlled economy. In June 1943, the Japanese occupation authorities through the pseudo Mengjiang government promulgated ＂on light industry combination for the komtur＂, saying that in view of the form fur animal and animal fats, animal bones, animal in- testines class for the importance of combinations of raw materials, according to the order of the Ministry of economic affairs, were set up in the respective system combination. That was established in livestock products as the raw ma- terial of leather tanning, leather products manufacturing industry, bones - hoofs - angles - processing, soap - candles - manufacturing fur products manufacturing industry, animal industry, animal intestines class processing in- dustry and other six light industrial combination, which strengthen the centralized control of livestock products pro- cessing industry. The region affected by the control of livestock products processing, raw materials purchased can not be guaranteed, and ha been bankrupt
