摘 要:1,4-丁二醇(BDO)装置副产了大量丁醇废液,其主要成分为甲醇、正丙醇、正丁醇和水。为了降低生产成本,提高企业经济效益,同时减少环境污染,采用精馏与膜分离相结合的技术回收废液中的醇类物质。使用Aspen Plus软件对工艺流程进行模拟计算,得到了3种纯度合格的醇类产品。为进一步降低能耗,采用三塔热耦合精馏技术对工艺进行节能优化,优化后的蒸汽消耗降低了25.5%,循环水消耗降低了21.6%,计算结果可为工程设计提供依据。Large quantities of butanol effluent by-produced from 1,4-butanediol ( BDO ) plant mainly compose of methanol, n-propanol, n-butanol and water. In order to cut down production costs, improve economic efficiency and reduce environmental pollution, the technology combined distillation with membrane separation was used to recycle the alcohols. Using Aspen Plus software for process simulation, three high-purity alcohols products were obtained. To further reduce energy consumption, the thermally coupled distillation technology was used for energy optimization of the process. The optimized steam consumption was decreased by 25.5% and the cooling water consumption was decreased by 21.6%. The calculation result provides the basis for the engineerinz design.
