摘  要:在15—45℃范围内测定由3种环保溶剂制备的质量分数33%二甲戊灵乳油在植物牛筋草叶片表面的接触角与时间关系曲线,分别通过经验和半经验公式进行拟合并计算乳油在叶片表面的铺展速率常数,由不同温度下的铺展速率常数计算表观活化能Ea。结果表明:经验公式适合用来描述乳油在叶片表面的铺展动力学过程,对比由经验公式计算得到的铺展速率常数ke和表观活化能Ea,可知相同温度下3种溶剂制备的乳油在叶片表面的铺展速率由快到慢顺序为油酸甲酯、松脂基植物油、solvesso 150;随温度升高铺展速率增加的幅度由大到小顺序为松脂基植物油、solvesso 150、油酸甲酯。根据铺展动力学研究结果可知植物源溶剂油酸甲酯更适合用于二甲戊灵乳油,高温下二甲戊灵乳油在植物叶片表面的润湿铺展速率更快。The dynamics contact angle data of mass fraction 33% pendimethalin emulsifiable concentrate (EC) droplets which were prepared by three different types of eeo-solvent on goosegrass leaf surface at 15-45 ~C, and the relative spreadability factors k were put forward for the spreadability of pendimethalin EC on leaf surface by empirical model and semi-empirical model. The apparent activation energy was calculated from spreadability factors k at different temperature. The results show that the dynamics contact angle data were well fitted by empirical model. By contrasting different spreadability factors and apparent activation energy, it shows that spreading rate is in high to low order: methyl oleate (MO), pine oleoresin-based plant oils (commercial designation: ND-45), solvesso 150 ( S-150), and the extent of spread rate increases with temperature rise from high to low order: ND-45, S-150, MO. At last, it indicates that the MO is more suitable for pendimethalin EC as eco-solvent, and the wetting spreading rate of pendimethalin EC on leaf surface is faster at high temperature according to the studies of spreading dynamics.
