摘 要:本研究以油井模拟反应器为基础,分析了脱硫剂在油井油管和套管中的运动状态,并通过Fluent模型模拟验证。研究结果表明:在脱硫剂原油存储状态下随着加药点距离增加而降低,经过40 min后,脱硫剂的浓度达到稳定;在原油外输状态下,脱硫剂在15 min遍及整个反应器,并在40 min内达到最大值,与此同时硫化氢气体在20 min内迅速下降并保持稳定。在修井状态下原油和脱硫剂在40 min达到稳定,当添加脱硫剂流量为100 mg/L时,可将脱硫剂控制在标准范围内并持续1小时,当脱硫剂量为10 g/L时,可将H2S工作安全浓度持续7 d。本实验的研究结果对硫化氢治理具有一定意义。The reactor which is similar to oil wells was founded to analyze the movement of desulfurization agent in the oil wells. And this result of movement was verified by Fluent software. The result shows that in the conservation mode, the concentration of desulfurization agent decreases with the increase of distance to dosing point, and in about 40 min the desulfurization agent concentration becomes stable. The result shows that in about 15 min the desulfurization agent concentration reaches the highest value at every point, and the concentration of desulfurization agent becomes stable after 40 min. It also reveals that the concentration of H2S will decrease sharply and becomes stable in the beginning 20 min. What's more, in oil-repairing mode, the concentration of desulfurization agent can be in a stable state after mixing for 40 min, and when the desulfurization agent mass concentration is higher than 100 mg/L, the concentration of H2S in oil wells can meet the standard and can sustain 1 hour, and when the mass concentration of desulfurization agent added into oil field is 10 g/L, the up-to-standard result can prolong to 7 d. This result has a profound meaning to HES treatment.
