摘  要:煤直接液化工艺核心设备——2段强制循环悬浮床反应器在运行中存有缺陷,研究无需可动机械部件而实现浆相内循环的三相连续环流反应器具有重要意义。文中依据动量平衡,推导三相连续环流反应器流动参数计算模型,并给出模型参数取值方法,以期为这类反应器的开发与设计提供基础依据;同时采用实验数据对推导的模型进行验证,结果表明:在整个表观气速范围内,下降管浆速吻合较好;而上升管气含率,在较低表观气速时,对应较好,在较高表观气速时,实验值偏低。The core equipment of coal direct liquefaction technology--two-stage forced circulating suspension bed reactor has defect in the running, so it is of great significance for research on slurry-phase circulation three-phase in continuous loop reactor without movable mechanical parts. On the basis of momentum balance, the flow parameter calculation model of continuous circulation three-phase reactor was deduced, showing the model parameter evaluation method attempting to provide the basis of development and design of the reactor; meanwhile, the model deducted was verified with the experimental data. The results show that within the scope of the superficial gas velocity, the slurry velocity in downcomer agrees well with that of experimental data; and the gas holdup of riser matches well at lower superficial gas velocity, while the experimental value is lower at higher superficial gas velocity.
