蒺藜花、叶、茎抗原液皮肤点刺试验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨并验证蒺藜科植物蒺藜是一种新型过敏原,提高对蒺藜过敏的认识和临床诊治。方法按照标准方法制备草本植物蒺藜的花、叶、茎的抗原液,用原液进行皮肤点刺试验,对随机抽取的24例受试者的病史资料进行临床分析,并分析蒺藜与这些过敏性疾病的关系。结果 24例受试者中,过敏性鼻炎18例,哮喘8例,荨麻疹12例,无过敏病史5例。对蒺藜点刺试验呈阳性者19例,阴性者5例;在蒺藜阳性受试者中,对蒺藜及其他常见致敏花粉同时过敏者10例,只对蒺藜过敏者9例。结论本研究结果证实蒺藜是一种新发现的植物过敏原,但对其致敏蛋白的鉴定、病理生理学机制和致病方式等仍需进一步深入研究。Objective To investigate whether the Tribulus terrestris L.is a novel allergen causing allergic diseases.Methods Crude extracts from flowers,leaves and stems of Tribulus terrestris L.was made following the standard protocol of antigen preparation.Skin prick test（SPT） was performed in twenty-four randomly selected subjects,including allergic rhinitis（n=18）,asthma（n=8）,urticaria（n=12）,and healthy volunteers（n=5）.Results Nineteen subjects had shown a positive SPT results to Tribulus terrestris L.（all three extracts）,and 5 were negative.Among the sensitized subjects,9were mono-sensitized to Tribulus terrestris L.,and other 10 were poly-sensitized also to other common pollen allergens.Conclusion This study presents a preliminary data showing that Tribulus terrestris L.is likely to be a novel allergen causing common allergic diseases.Further studies are needed in order to characterize its allergic protein,pathogenic mechanisms and route toward to allergic diseases.
