摘  要:目的探讨红细胞磁化技术(erythrocyte-magnetized technology,EMT)在交叉配血试验中的应用价值。方法对480份临床患者样本及15份室间质量评价(external quality assessment,EQA)质控品,采用EMT与微柱凝胶法进行交叉配血试验平行检测,观察基于EMT的全自动血型分析仪在临床应用过程中的整体性能。结果 495份样本中,EMT和微柱凝胶法分别检测出16份(3.23%)和17份(3.43%)不相合结果,一致性检验Kappa=0.969,可以认为两种方法检测结果高度一致。与微柱凝胶法相比,随着样本量的增多,相同样本量下柯利斯全自动血型分析仪耗时更少。结论基于EMT技术的全自动血型分析仪,使用磁力替代离心力,在保证准确性的基础上,有效地提高了实验效率,高度优化了实验室人员的配置,在交叉配血检测中具有临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the application of erythrocyte-magnetized technique(EMT) for cross matching test.Methods Cross matching was compared between EMT method and micro- column gel agglutination assay on480 patient samples and 15 EQA controls,and the overall performance of the Qwalys3 fully automated workstation in the clinical application was analyzed.Results Of 495 samples,the test results were as follow:the incompatibility occurred in16 specimens(3.23%) in EMT method,and in 17 specimens(3.43%) in micro- column gel agglutination assay,among which there were no statistical significant differences(Kappa=0.969).Compared with the micro-column gel agglutination assay,with the increase of sample size,less time was needed according to the Qwalys3 fully automated workstation.Conclusion Using magnetic force instead of centrifugal force,on the basis of ensuring the accuracy,the Qwalys3 fully automated workstation based on EMT can effectively improve the experiment efficiency,highly optimize the configuration of laboratory personnel.And this technique has the clinical application value in the cross matching.The Qwalys3 fully automated workstation represents an important advance in the field of cross matching.
