摘 要:针对舰用变频异步电动机的设计特点和要求,设计开发了一台200 k W 690 V舰用六相变频异步电动机,同时对方案经过了路算和基于Ansoft simplore+Maxwell场路耦合的有限元分析,并通过样机试验验证。试验结果表明,电机性能满足要求,尤其振动噪声远低于同类型舰用低噪声电机,验证了方案的可行性和正确性。该方案采取的减振降噪措施和分析方法对舰用变频供电的异步电动机低噪声设计有良好的指导作用。According to special design requirement and characteristics of non-sine power supply of a motor, a 690 V 200 kW six phase variable-frequency motor for warships is designed. Electromagnetic calculation and finite element analysis coupling electromagnetic field-circuit based on Ansofi simplorer +Maxwell are applied to analyze the program, and its prototype motor test is also done. Experimental results show that the motor performance is satisfied to requirements, especially its vibration and noise are much lower than the same type low vibration and noise motor for warships, and verify its design is feasible and Validity. The analysis methods and vibration reduction measures mentioned in this paper are helpful and valuable for low vibration and noise for an inverter-fed asvnchronous motor design.
