摘 要:针对端氏煤矿回风大巷小角度揭煤特点,若采用传统揭煤技术,会有防突工程量大、揭开煤层周期长、突出危险性大等难题,研究采用穿层钻孔和顺层钻孔立体交叉联合抽采技术,预抽72 d后,煤层瓦斯含量由20.5 m3/t降至6.25 m3/t,瓦斯压力由1.56 MPa降至0.48 MPa,抽采率达70%,煤层突出危险性完全消除,与传统揭煤防突措施相比,消突时间缩短了64 d;小角度揭开厚煤层的揭煤断面大,传统揭开煤层技术难以一次性揭开断面,采用揭煤短巷和远距离震动爆破技术,成功一次性安全揭开煤层,比传统揭煤技术缩短39 d,揭煤后回风流瓦斯浓度最大为0.3%,钻屑瓦斯解吸指标△h2最大为80 Pa。采用小角度快速揭煤技术,揭煤总时间比预计缩短103 d,保证了矿井的安全生产和采掘接替。Based on the characteristics of small angle uncovering coal in the main return way of Duanshi Coal Mine,using the traditional uncovering coal technology will have many difficulties,like the larger outburst prevention quantities,the long cycle of uncovering coal,the high outburst hazard. The study uses the vertical crossing drainage technology which is combined by the layer- through boreholes and consequent layer boreholes,through about 72 days of gas pre- drainage,the gas content in coal seam from 20. 5 m^3/ t decreased to6. 25 m^3/ t,the gas drainage rate of the mine reaches 70%,and the gas pressure is dropped from 1. 56 MPa to 0. 48 MPa,the coal seam outburst hazard is eliminated completely,the time of elimination outburst than the time by traditional outburst prevention measures is shorted by 64 days. The uncovering coal section is larger by small angle,it is difficult to uncover the section by using the traditional uncovering coal technique,we use remote vibration blasting technology to successfully and safely uncover the coal seam,compared with traditional methods,the time shortens 39 days. After the uncovering coal,the maximum gas concentration of the return- air is 0. 3%,the maximum of gas desorption index of drill cuttings( △h2) is 80 Pa. Using small angle rapid uncovering coal technology,the total time is less than the expected of 103 days,the mine has ensured a safe production and excavation replacement.
